Cancellation / Refund Policy

You retain the right to return the Products you have purchased from the Company’s website, within fourteen (14) days of their receipt, in accordance with article 3e of Law 2251/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1 -891/2013. You can send the products at your own expense to the address you will find on the envelope. In any case, before returning the Products, you can contact us via email at the email address missgrumpyshop@gmail.com or through Instagram at the page Littlemiss.grumpy.

In particular, you reserve the above right to return the Product you have purchased, without having to state the reasons, under the following terms and conditions:

(a) You have the right to withdraw from the sale, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Product.

(b) Withdrawal is without reason and you must return the Product in exactly the same condition as when you received it. In particular, the returned Product must not have been used, be in excellent condition (“as new”), exactly as before its sale,( in its complete original packaging (box, nylon, foam, etc.), not having tears or wear/alterations) and with all the contents of the original packaging. In addition, in order to accept a return of the Product, the original proof of purchase (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the Product and whose details are shown on the proof of purchase.

(c) The return of the Product is accepted only if you have previously paid any amount that may have been incurred by the Company for sending the Product to you and the shipping costs for its return.
